What shipped for the deadline:
- Full triage on all 9,855 published flood-control contracts
- Queue + greyscale map + evidence cards (measured value + benign explanation)
- Method page with every threshold and limit
- Demo video (~2 min) walking the Currimao / San Jacinto case
Still open to polish before Oct 4: feedback welcome on the queue UX and the Method page.
