Inspiration

Entering 2020, the number of hungry and malnourished people around the world was already on the rise due to an increase in violent conflict and climate change impacts. Today, over 800 million people face chronic undernourishment and over 100 million people are in need of lifesaving food assistance. The novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, risks undermining the efforts of humanitarian and food security organizations seeking to reverse these trends Covid19 has also caused breakdown in supply and thereby finding daily essentials is a challenging task to humans .

What it does

Solution is to up highly monitored urban farm where in producer they themselves act as consumer and we try to setup hyperlocal market they try to solve the problem of major consumers. What we have Have an app which will scan health of plants and monitor its yield as well health of it iot module which collects a bunch of sensor values to cloud

How we built it

A combinaton of many technologies. Used esp with iot core as our iot infrastructure to collect data i.e sensor values of the enviornment. Built a flutter app for the accesability of the user with stats. Gcp dashboard for monitioring and also a model which shows the status of the plant. Which together makes up for a urban solution.
