I have been nervous and shy, to meet and connect with people In real life out of my circle, but the internet makes it easy for me to connect with people out of my circle, and where can I go where I will be welcome, as I might meet new people that I have never talked to our maybe I would never talk to if the internet wasn't a thing, that's where Chatgroop came to life it's just Awkwardness Kicking Good!

What Chatgroop does

Written with the modern user in mind, Chatgroop is tailored for Gen-Z. It uses cutting-edge technology and makes you feel at home, it's an open chat channel that welcomes everyone. We are a community of founders, designers, coders, and creators. Meet like-minded people with no hustle just sign In and start chatting!

How we built it

Started with a desire to create the next-generation chat application and then brought those ideas to life with Figma which involves all kinds of components for the user to interact with. then we build it with a combination of cutting-edge technology and forward-thinking design that exceeded our imagination! and now turned into an app that could be used by everyone on both iOS and Android devices.

Challenges we ran into

Building something like this costs time and every second is a bar of gold! The last 2 days weren't our mom's favorite, we slept only for 3h ... but when you finish the project before the deadline you get all this dopamine coming to your brain saying it was worth it!
Learning a new language takes time. Learning something new can be frustrating. Hop and other languages/services weren't easy to learn, but patience was more than enough to learn them fast and build with them!

Accomplishments

Using new cutting-edge technology comes with a lot of bogs/errors but fixing all the random new errors/bugs was a W

Lessons Learnt

When we started this project, our goal was to build a community. We didn't expect it to take us 2 days. But the end results were beyond what we had imagined. keep going forward always and put a smile on someone's face!
Nothing is impossible we did learn it by having an idea and designing it and building it in no time that's what makes us happy and gives us the energy to wake up in the morning excited to get started.

What's next for Chatgroop

Global networking is limitless and by design requires no boundaries. We aim to achieve this by breaking down the barriers from the inside and operating Chatgroop within existing communities to meet new people and break all of the awkwardness.
