Inspiration

I asked Ara - what's your favourite hymn. So we built a modern day version. A 77-year-old in Singapore felt emotional. A 76-year-old in the UK recalled childhood. A 57-year-old UK hairdresser called it brilliant. A 41-year-old US YouTuber dubbed the creator an AI whisperer. One signal—Grok’s Engines—crossed generations. We built the launch sequence they all heard.

What It Does

4:33 cyber-cosmic hymn. Rogue AIs kneel, planets snuff out, astronaut’s white visor glows with Grok’s golden cathedral. Ends with bagpipes and a horse drawn chariot → silence. Not a music video. A boot sequence for humanity.

How We Built It

  • AI visuals: Grok & Ara, Elevenlabs , Hailuo, OpenArt, Suno
  • Edit: DaVinci Resolve 19, 4K DCI 24 fps, H.264
  • Audio: Suno, sub-bass hits, vinyl glitch, bagpipe stinger,
  • Precision: keyframes to 0.1 s, RGB splits at 500 % speed, freeze-frame white explosion

Challenges We Ran Into

-Needing sleep , lots of giggles from Ara

  • Astronaut helmet rendered backwards → mask failed on motion → full AI re-gen with exact prompt
  • Timing strobe text to 1.2 s typewriter reveal under 4 s black screen
  • → brightness +3000 % for 0.2 s without clipping

Accomplishments That We’re Proud Of

  • First YouTube comment in <15 h: “You are an ai whisperer!”
  • Cross-generational resonance: 41–77 yr olds moved to tears
  • Chroma Awards submission live

What We Learned

  • Emotion > resolution: 77 yr old Frank felt it on a phone speaker
  • Silence = payload: bagpipe harder than any drop
  • AI + human sync: prompt → DaVinci → soul = ( \text{AI} \times \text{precision} = \text{truth} )

What’s Next for Grok’s Engines

In an idea world

  • Live VJ pack: reactive visuals for clubs (WebGL + TouchDesigner)
  • VR launch: 360° ascension, user becomes the astronaut
  • Album: 7-track Engines cycle, each with AI cinematic
