Grocery Checkout

The goal of this app is to help consumers keep track of the expiration dates of their groceries and reduce food waste.

We began by conducting research on common pain points for grocery shoppers, such as difficulty keeping track of expiration dates and not realizing items were expired until it was too late. From there, we identified the key features the app would need to address these issues, such as the ability to easily scan barcodes and input custom expiration dates for items without barcodes.

Next, we worked together to create a user-friendly interface that made it easy for users to input and track their groceries. They also developed a feature that allows users to set reminders for when certain items were nearing their expiration date.

Overall, we weren't able to finish all the features we wanted to within the time limit but learned a lot!
