What it does

Gather real experiences and gather different reactions and provide training for appropriate behavior/reactions.

How I built it

Chatbot (IBM Bluemix Conversation, Recast.ai, Facebook Messenger integration, node.js, npm, bootstrap)

Challenges I ran into

Many environment issues deploying the Bluemix chatbot and then starting over with the Recast.ai which was able to do some conversation but the technical chain broke and then could not be rebuilt after many attempts to start from scratch.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Defining the product story, theme, scope, landing page, learning technologies I never touched until the day of the hackathon.

What I learned

To immediately begin deploying to encounter technical issues sooner rather than later and to descope and develop last resort plans. To use technology we are already familiar with instead of something that is entirely new. Tutorials look easy but it never goes smoothly.
