Our inspiration was driven by the urgent need to make public transportation a more viable and attractive option for daily commuters.

Through extensive research, we identified key pain points faced by various stakeholders:

  • Smart Route Optimization: Users will be able to input their destination, and the app will generate the most efficient route, factoring in real-time transit data, traffic conditions, and weather forecasts.
  • Real-Time Tracking & Alerts: Leveraging GPS and IoT technology, users will receive live updates on bus, train, and tram arrivals, along with alternative route suggestions during service disruptions.
  • Personal Environmental Impact Tracker: Commuters will be able to track their CO₂ savings by opting for public transport over personal vehicles, reinforcing eco-friendly habits.
  • Community Challenges & Rewards: Gamification elements will encourage users to participate in public transport challenges, earning points and rewards for frequent usage.
  • Crowdsourced Feedback & Accessibility Enhancements: Users will be able to report service issues, rate routes, and suggest accessibility improvements, directly influencing transit authorities.
