We all know that being environmentally friendly is important, but it can be hard to figure out how to do it effectively. That's where GreenShade comes in!
GreenShade is a tool that helps you spot resource loop opportunities in your business cycle. It follows the cradle to cradle is a model of resource management that advocates recycling, reusing, and repurposing materials. An example of a product that is cradle to cradle is a bicycle. The parts of the bicycle can be broken down, turned into new resources and then used to make a new bicycle or component parts of a new one. It is based on nature where everything is a nutrient and waste simply does not exist. It can dramatically reduce the pollution footprint of a product. It saves good resources from going to landfills or getting disposed in any way damaging to our environment. This helps to reduce waste and make your company more eco-friendly!
This project helps incentivize that process so more of our resources gets reused. While upcycling everything might be challenging within your organization, as a community we can share and reuse our resources better. The system smartly looks at your monday.com columns and data and adapts the behaviour to work best with what is available. It can figure information like name, material ingredients, last use, frequency, quantity, units, description, photos, tags based on the information available on the board. It also automatically associates items with memorable graphics and icons which makes working with such data easeier. When items are used up, you get an alert so you can efficiently restock your inventory and get your supply back again in no time!
Add it to your monday.com board to manage and track your inventory. See what good things your "waste" can turn into. Your waste will be available to be used as input materials elsewhere. Having a continuous supply of raw materials makes you less dependent on outside suppliers and reduces your costs as well. Resources can always be found in other unexpected places and GreenShade can help you find it.
It makes it easier for local upcycling experts reach you while they get predictable and reliable sources for local upcycling. Keeps waste away from landfills and harmful disposal techniques builds sustainable upcycling loops in our business practices helps local communities. Go beyond and find opportunities for completing loops in your own procurements use the timeline to project and plan how you will utilize your resources.
For example, your e-waste will be processed by a company that specializes in re-processing it; so you can use it to create new products through circularity! Examples of such materials include metals, plastic, textiles, rubber and wood.

It shows a list of your inventory as a graph network, with the items as primary nodes and the possible resources you can extract from it as secondary nodes.
The system looks at your information available on the board and suggests tags and possible conversions.
Once you set the conversions, the board generates a list of resources you can extract from all the items on the board and the dates they will become available.

You can take multiple boards and share with others on a Dashboard which will show totals of how resources are pooling together.
As all members on a board update their own inventories, the dashboard will show a collective view of how resources are pooling together.

Monitor and setup automations to get notified when pools hit targets, so you can consider those resources in your future resource planning.

In the process lot of perfectly good things are saved from ending up in landfills or being disposed in some other way.
