GreenPath

Inspiration

GreenPath was inspired by apps that encourage positive habits, like fitness apps that promote health through competition. I aimed to bring a similar approach to sustainable travel.

What it does

GreenPath allows you to book vacations around the world while keeping track of your carbon footprint. You can also see your friend's carbon offset and compete against them.

How we built it

Built-in Figma, focusing on the Low-Fi design initially then bringing the whole design to life by brainstorming ideas and features.

Challenges we ran into

Struggled with some prototyping and getting the animations to look just right for certain sections of the design.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a logo and getting the prototyping for many different pages done in time.

What we learned

Greatly improved skills in Figma and user design.

What's next for GreenPath

Maybe fully build out the app to put on a portfolio.
