Inspiration
Our team was inspired by the material we have learned in our MIS classes at the University of Houston, as well as the many recruiters who have come out and spoken about project and product management at MISSO professional meetings.
What it does
This project Implements "GreenRoute," a cloud-based delivery management system (DMS) with features like automated route optimization, real-time tracking, and customer communication tools.
How we built it
We developed a business case for "GreenRoute" using Canva, a Gantt chart tool, PowerBI, and Zoom.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into several challenges in PowerBI, as well as Canva when planning out the layouts and information we wanted to include.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of overcoming the challenges we faced in PowerBI and the overall development of our Canva presentation and execution.
What we learned
We learned how to visualize data, develop project charters and Gantt charts, and effectively organize and present information.
