Inspiration
We wanted to solve a real sustainability problem by making battery recycling easier to track, manage, and act on before issues happen.
What it does
GreenFleet shows live battery data, maps dealerships and recycling centers, and automatically plans pickup routes when locations get close to full.
How we built it
We built a full-stack web app using modern frontend tools, a relational database for operational data, and AI APIs for insights and analysis.
Challenges we ran into
Balancing real-time logic with a clean UI was tough, especially routing and map performance under tight time constraints.
Accomplishments that we’re proud of
A working dispatch system, interactive fleet map, clear dashboard KPIs, and AI-powered sustainability features—all in a weekend.
