Greenfield Vendor Ops

I wanted a small but honest picture of autonomous vendor operations: something takes a demand, finds options on the web or from mocks, ranks them, then keeps going through negotiation, payment stubs, and fulfillment instead of stopping at a shortlist. The sponsor angle—cited.md as an audit trail and payment rails as real hooks—fit that story: every phase should leave something another agent or human could cite and optionally pay against, even when negotiation and carriers are simulated for safety.
