Green Guard

Inspiration

Money management is a struggle for many, with impulsive spending, debt, and financial stress affecting millions. We wanted to create a solution that not only tracks spending but actively prevents financial mistakes in real-time.

What it does

Green Guard is an AI-powered financial assistant that helps users make smarter spending decisions. It:

• Tracks expenses and sets personalized spending limits
  
• Uses AI and location data to prevent unnecessary spending
  
• Helps users find the best deals and avoid scams
  
• Integrates with banks (with permission) for real-time financial insights
  

How we built it

We used cursor for the coding . We designed and developed an interactive web platform that showcases Green Guard’s capabilities. The website also demonstrates how the AI would function, giving users a glimpse of how the full app would function.

Challenges we ran into

-Developing the actual app was not possible, since it would take a lot more time and be more expensive also
