  Great Minds, virtual museum to pay tribute to geniuses

Inspiration

We are passionate about history, mathematics and science in general. Thus, we started this project as a way to pay tribute to the great minds (genius) throughout history.

What it does

Great Minds is the project where we aim to create a virtual museum to explain and show to people those great minds and how they contribute to the science and arts. Each room would be dedicated to one of those great minds and people can visit it to learn more about.

In our roadmap, we plan to first do a candy machine to release the great minds NFT (simple NFT with the name of genius on it).

The NFT owner would be then considered as patron of art and would have their name engraved in the museum and in each room that they own. We want this project to be a reference in terms of patron of NFT.

How we built it

React, Next for the website. Metaplex for the mint machine. Python for image generation.

Challenges we ran into

We did a lot of brainstorm about the concept of this museum in general. We refined a lot the idea of great minds and especially the idea of becoming a patron of the museum.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Deployed the mint machine. Found an interesting topic.

What we learned

We learned a lot about the marketing around Blockchain and projects. How to target the audience, how to choose the projects...

What's next for Great Minds

We plan to release the candy machine at the end of October. With the funding, the construction of the museum we begin easily and we plan to create some rooms to start with.
