Inspiration
Gratitude has transformed my life over the past two years, and I wanted to create something to help others feel the same. 🌟 That's how the Gratitude Diary was born—to remind people of life's daily beauty. 💖
What it does
The Gratitude Diary app has a beautiful interface that invites users to reflect and log gratitude daily. Each day, a gentle reminder helps them share what they’re grateful for, spreading more happiness and love. ❤️
How we built it
As a designer, I poured my heart into creating an interface that’s both beautiful and intuitive. We obsessed over the user experience, working 24-hour shifts and even sleeping at the coworking space to make it happen! 🚀 But we did it! ✨
Challenges we ran into
Time management was our biggest challenge. ⏳ Balancing deadlines with building a complex, intuitive interface had us working around the clock. It wasn’t easy, but our passion for a polished product kept us going! 💪
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I’m so proud of the welcoming and serene UI I designed. 🎨 But even more, I’m proud of my teammate, our developer, who worked tirelessly with me. Together, we turned an idea into reality, even when it felt impossible within the deadline! ✨
What we learned
One key takeaway from this project is that with clear purpose and strong motivation, no deadline is unbeatable. 💡 When you're truly passionate about what you're building, you’ll always find a way, no matter how tough the process! 💪🚀
What's next for Gratitude Diary
Right after the hackathon, we plan to add features like guided gratitude meditations and affirmations to deepen the practice. 🧘♀️✨ We're also developing an AI-powered gratitude feed with personalized daily suggestions to keep users inspired and connected. 🤖❤️
