Need of the project: In the present world , no one can avoid travelling or avoid any events at the same time everyone is packed with their schedule which makes the role of people being pet-parents very difficult . These services are mandatory for every pet . And on the other hand there are so many people around the globe who couldn't socialise their pets or couldn't own a pet as they can't meet the long term commitment , all these people badly want to spend quality time with pets which makes this shared economy model very successful.
Competitive advantage:
- We are the only company which uses Behavioural analysis for matching the pet with the right host.
- GPS based tracking devices. 3.well trained hosts, trained through automated training modules .
- We have a structured approach in terms of process and monetization.
- In house transportation services. 6.Existing players being scattered and unstructured gives a huge scope for our model.
Level of impact/change the project could bring through the innovation:
- To solve the issues in the existing solutions. 2.Making pet-parents life easier 3.Employment and creation of multiple micro entrepreneurs especially women entrepreneurs . 4.Donation for stray dogs . 5.Matching the right pet with the right host for quality service.
Capability and capacity of the applicant to achieve the innovation: As we have a strong team , we are building our product inhouse such that our operations will become easier. As a co-founder I work full time so that I can make all this innovation come true through proper planning. I have been a team player since my school days which makes it easier for me to cook a dish and serve it as great as possible. Added to that I am an aspiring business woman.
Collaboration with knowledge partner would achieve advancement in innovation: Yes it would be very helpful for us to tweak the nook and corner of the model by using all the existing resources .
