Inspiration

As a group of aromatic hackathon tryhards trying to approach courtship somewhere in the foreseeable future, we, as visionaries, recognize that the future can no longer hold the fragrance of hackathon hall aromas.

What it does

This is why we built GrassFinder. A state of the art B2B AI SaaS, wait no um, hyper-competitive leaderboard style fitness app, we aim to democratise sunlight for all.

How we built it

On hopes and dreams, monster too. Also we used Google Maps and Gemini API for grass detection from pictures and, with react native used to build the app in JavaScript.

Challenges we ran into

Initially being a bot that scrapes Google Maps for screenshots and terrains, scanning it and converting it into a grass matrix to overlay on terrain in our app, we realised the inefficiency of such a system.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Stopping our crippling reliance on NIVEA DEODORANT SPRAY MEN BLACK AND WHITE!

What we learned

grass makes a date possible. In fact, we have reached a collective 3000 steps across the 2 days combined, a 150% increase over the previous 2 days, and showing the potential of out project.
