Inspiration
Venezuela is projected to become one of the countries with the highest freight movement and consumption globally within the next 5 years. However, the regional logistics sector is stuck in the past, relying on slow, manual human brokering. We were inspired to build the first AI-powered Load Board in Venezuela and LATAM to prepare the digital infrastructure for this massive economic shift.
What it does
Granite Freight Venezuela is a next-generation load board that completely eliminates the need for human brokers. It connects shippers and carriers instantly. Our proprietary G11x AI Broker handles everything autonomously: it answers calls with a natural human-like voice, negotiates rates minute-by-minute, tracks trucks, and assigns loads with zero delays and zero errors.
How we built it
We built the platform focusing on absolute speed and automation. The interface was rapidly developed to ensure a seamless experience for truckers on the road. The core intelligence is driven by advanced AI voice synthesis, real-time data processing, and custom matching algorithms capable of making split-second logistics decisions without human intervention.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenge was training the AI broker to sound and negotiate exactly like a seasoned human dispatcher. We had to ensure that when truckers call to find a load, they feel they are speaking to a real person. Additionally, structuring the real-time matching system to handle the projected volume of LATAM's freight required rigorous logic optimization.
What we learned
We learned that the logistics industry doesn't just need better software; it needs full autonomy. By replacing traditional brokerage with AI, we proved that we can reduce load acceptance delays from hours to absolute zero.
What's next for Granite Freight Venezuela
We are scaling the G11x AI broker to handle thousands of concurrent automated calls and expanding the platform's reach to dominate the entire Latin American freight market before the 5-year consumption boom hits its peak.
