Inspiration

All of us have the common characteristic of being artists, of different kinds from different parts of the world.

What it does

It's a platform that allows users to share their own art and discover art from around the world. They can comment and receive feedback, revising their art as they go.

How we built it

Flutter and dart! Canva for the logo.

Challenges we ran into

We had a difficult time implementing the map feature for users to explore art across the globe. We also ran into difficulty with the navigation bar.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were all only a little familiar with using Flutter and Dart to make mobile applications. Through SheInnovates, we all feel like we are going out of this experience with not only new technical skills but also a stronger ability to effectively communicate.

What we learned

We learned the importance and merit of making sure everyone's voice in the team was heard. Taking into account all opinions helped us think out of the box to come up with our idea

What's next for GraffitiWall

We want to expand GraffitiWall to incorporate more features such as classifying different art forms with a machine learning approach and training and testing our model with large datasets from open-source art and users' art. We also want to fine-tune the aesthetics of the interface to create a more enjoyable experience for the user.
