Have you ever tried using standard GPS navigation on your mobile phone during a walk in a foreign city ? If so you are already aware of how difficult it is to walk when staring and your mobile phone.
GPS Walk Navigation was made to help in such circumstances. Try it now. Current version of the application:
- lets you select your destination using your mobile phone (either from a map or search box)
- when the destination is selected the application will display your instructions and tell you how to get to the destination
- it automatically recalculates the route if you take wrong turning or change course
My vision is to build better GPS Walk Navigation. If you promote me to the next round I will try to:
- add voice guidance in English
- switches between day and night map view for easy reading
- uses Google Street View to display current surroundings on demand
I really believe this is kind of MUST HAVE app for the smart-watch and my goal is to make is as good a possible with little help from you.
