Initially, this project geared towards locating and relocating things using the GoogleMap but we realized that so much has been done, and that there are already so many existing Apps. We wanted to create something different and unique.
This android application allows users to invite their friends within the app via Google+. One player is "it" and the remaining players (1 to 7). After the "it" enter the amount of time to hide, and the duration of the game, a countdown page is displayed, notifying the players to go hide/run away.
Once the countdown is finished, users are taken to a new page with a map. The "it" map randomly displays other users for a short duration, while the other players see only other players on the map. The idea behind this is so that no one knows whether they are being chased or not.
Once a player is tagged, the "I am tagged" button is clicked, and the player is out of the game.
