Inspiration
Always loved watching Formula 1 and super interested in Aero, Cooling Systems, Engines, and everything else cars. How all of these things work together to create beasts that we see on track
What it does
We analyse every minute data change and how simulate how that changes the car performance taking, track conditions , temp, wind, weather, altitude, driving styles. Our primary focus is on the new Regulations coming in 2026.
How we built it
We started working with a basic design flow, clear about what we wanna make. Used bunch of tech and viola! We did something.
Challenges we ran into
Collecting Informed and organised data of cars across all eras of F1. How to predict and analyse how difference cars, teams, drivers, tracks, and specially eras change everything. How the new Regulations would affect cars, for instance aspects like Ground effect on the cars.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to simulate and generate reports on the specific changes that we want to work on. These analysis would help F1 teams predict the working of the cars under these new regulations.
What we learned
Rarely does an individual dive so much into the pit and engineering side of the sport. Realising that technicals stuff is not limited to tyres and DRS. We learnt a lot about things and how they work under the hood.
What's next for GPity
We want to scale and gather data and analysis on more than just F1 and go more into every motorsport possible, whether it be le mans, motogp, nascar, indycar or anything.
