Inspiration

The movie, Bandersnatch and the idea of controlling parallel realities to bend a story towards different endings.

What it does

It follows the story of a hacker coding a similar game for a hackathon and doesnt realise that he is being controlled by the player of the game.

How I built it

Using python- libraries like SMTP Lib, Pygame, Ascii Art

Challenges I ran into

Sending automated emails at particular endings, playing audio simultaneously with text

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Pulling off 15 parallel story lines centre around the same protagonist and his story, scripting them and coding them in less than a day.

What I learned

To send emails, work with pygame extensively

What's next for GP_Imperium

We plan on either further developing the game by adding animated features or outsourcing the game in the future
