HoleFilled

A worker called out. HoleFilled gets the shift covered.

HoleFilled is an AI-assisted workforce response layer for employers. When an HR or scheduling event creates an uncovered shift, it identifies qualified coworkers from that employer’s internal pool and opens a bounded, near-simultaneous voice/SMS outreach wave.

The current cross-platform demo presents five fictional sectors—distribution, hospitality, food service, healthcare, and public-sector operations. Each incident contacts eight qualified coworkers and simulates confirmations, declines, no-responses, transportation barriers, timing limits, and incentive requests. HoleFilled ranks the confirmed fillers by constraints, distance, and qualification match, recommends a fit, and leaves the final selection with the employer.

Governed AI

AI facilitates persuasive, friendly conversation and classifies stated barriers. Deterministic rules remain authoritative for qualifications, consent, incentive ceilings, manager approval, and final assignment. One selected assignment is committed while competing offers close, with an auditable decision timeline.

Transportation

If commuting is the obstacle, HoleFilled can propose an employer-approved ride credit or call a separate Got2Get2Work transportation adapter. HoleFilled and Got2Get2Work are separate products; no live transportation-provider partnership is claimed.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat powers the HoleFilled Pro entitlement, offering, purchase, and restore boundary. The project includes a configured Test Store development path and a separate production-key path for Google Play release.

Current scope

The hackathon build includes the working manager command center, deterministic matching and policy engine, five multi-sector scenarios, eight-worker outreach waves, manager selection, the professional “HoleFilled.” success state, automated tests, accessibility scans, and signed Android builds. Voice/SMS carrier delivery and employer HR connectors are represented by production-oriented adapter rails and remain disabled until provider credentials, consent review, and controlled testing are complete.
