GoToMarket Tagline: Real-time AI marketing for local businesses, powered by Super Bowl moments. What it does GoToMarket is a real-time AI-powered marketing command center that helps medium-sized businesses (pizza shops, local retailers, sports bars) capitalize on Super Bowl moments as they happen. When a touchdown, interception, or halftime spectacle triggers 100 million people to reach for their phones, GoToMarket generates personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns -- SMS, email, and Telegram blasts -- within 30 seconds of the moment, reaching the customers who already know and love your business. The Problem Madison Avenue spends $7 million on a single Super Bowl ad to talk AT a massive audience. Meanwhile, local businesses with loyal customer bases (5K-50K email subscribers, thousands of SMS opt-ins) sit on the sidelines with no way to ride the wave in real-time. By the time they manually craft a post or promo, the moment is gone. GoToMarket flips that -- giving small businesses the same real-time reactivity that Fortune 500 war rooms have, at zero media spend. How it works GoToMarket runs a four-stage AI pipeline:

  1. Watcher Agent -- Polls live game data (ESPN API / play-by-play feed) every few seconds, detecting scoring plays, turnovers, momentum shifts, and big moments in real-time.
  2. Classifier Agent -- AI (Gemini 2.5 Flash / GPT-5 mini) classifies each moment by type, intensity (0-100), sentiment, and marketing angle. Only high-intensity moments (>=50) trigger the pipeline -- no spam, no noise.
  3. Planner Agent -- Generates two ready-to-send marketing options tailored to the business profile, including offer constraints (max discount %, promo codes, BOGO rules). Each option includes platform-optimized copy: 280-char social posts, 160-char SMS, email subject + body, hashtags, and promo details. A human-in-the-loop approval step lets the business owner review, edit, or reject before anything goes out.
  4. Distributor -- On approval, fires parallel API calls to Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), and Telegram, with Twitter/X ready for future integration. Every distribution is logged with delivery status, recipient count, and timestamps. Tech Stack Frontend: React dashboard (built with Lovable) -- dark-themed command center aesthetic with real-time game feed, marketing suggestion cards with approve/edit/reject flow, distribution status log, and live latency timer. Backend: Supabase (Postgres + real-time subscriptions + Edge Functions), ESPN API for live game data, GPT-5 mini for content generation, Gemini 2.5 Flash for moment classification. Distribution: Twilio SMS, SendGrid email, Telegram Bot API. All API keys secured via Supabase Edge Functions. AI Models: GPT-5 mini (reasoning_effort: minimal for speed), Gemini 2.5 Flash (Tier 1 via GCP), Groq Llama 3.3 70B for safety/sentiment checks. Key Features End-to-end latency under 30 seconds from moment detection to multi-channel distribution Human-in-the-loop approval -- business owners stay in control, AI doesn't go rogue Business constraint engine -- respects max discounts, blocked items, cooldown periods, and safety filters (auto-blocks on injury moments) Live simulation mode replaying real Super Bowl play-by-play data through the full pipeline Multi-channel distribution with per-channel delivery tracking Business Impact A local pizza shop with 10,000 SMS subscribers and 5,000 email contacts can turn a Super Bowl interception into a "PICK SIX SPECIAL -- 20% off large pizzas for the next hour!" blast reaching 15,000 loyal customers within 30 seconds -- zero ad spend, pure organic engagement on a moment when attention is at its peak.
