Good Sense

1.) Enforce the TCPA and DNC list; 2.) If the Federal government can track terrorists to caves in Afghanistan, it should be able to track telemarketers; 3.) Require phone carriers to block any country supporting telemarketers until said telemarketers are out of business; 4.) Require all phone carriers to provide, at no additional cost, "call blocking" lists with with no restrictions on count.
