Inspiration

I studied Labor policies and migration which elevated my passion in this field. I wrote my Masters Thesis about helping Germany to find strategic solutions for the shortage of skilled labor in the nursing sector.

What it does

84.000 nurses are missing only from the German Healthcare system and by 2030 this number will be 200.000. These numbers are much higher on the European level. The COVID-19 proved that having a more stable health system, including the human resources is essential. We need foreign people and a complex program which can contribute to the global solution of this challenge in the long run. GOnursing is an online platform: an easy & fast way to encourage and supporting nurses all over the world to come Europe

What's next for GOnursing

1. find teammates: UX, Web developer(s), graphic designer
2. build the MVP (min a one pager)
