Business Objectives This Gold Loan Fintech Company delivers excellence in the services of lending gold loans at the doorstep of its customers. They wanted to revamp the design across their platforms which included their website, web application, mobile application, and dashboard.
According to a survey conducted by the client, the social stigma surrounding the experience of taking gold loans online is extremely high. In order to break this stigma and instil trust among their potential customers, the client wanted us to revamp their digital applications through enhanced design and development solutions.

Competitive Analysis Our team conducted a competitive analysis with competing apps and websites. We did an analysis based on the interest rate, services offered, unique selling points (USPs), and gold loan schemes.
