What it does

  • Presents parties/events in your area
  • Shows what songs are currently playing
  • Allows users to request a new song

How we built it

  • We used a variety of AWS services including:
    • Lambda
    • DynamoDB
    • Cognito
    • Mobile Hub
  • We used these AWS services and integrated them into Xcode to create our mobile app

Challenges we ran into

  • We hadn't used some of the AWS services before, so we had to learn how to do that
  • Integrating into Xcode was fairly difficult

Accomplishments we're proud of

  • Coming up with our initial idea and following through with a finished product
  • Learning new things and adapting as we went

What we learned

  • We got more proficient with the various languages we used
  • Learned how to navigate around and use new AWS services
