Inspiration
Duolingo and other gamification-based learning apps
What it does
Provide refugees a personalized guide to navigate public transit in their native tongue, while ensuring retention rates of the app through gamification and reducing dependency on trained staff.
How we built it
Figma for UI, Android Studio for app development, AWS Polly & Translate for translation services, Google Maps API for navigation services. AWS EC2 & S3 for video hosting and database services.
Challenges we ran into
Creating a comprehensive project within the project scope, ensuring problems were adequately addressed without over complication of the initial problem statement.

Expanded locations-- transit help for outside of Buffalo Scaling for non-buffalo Journey's End locations More interaction for the case manager and the profiles of their clients
