This project introduces an innovative AI-powered coaching application built upon the renowned GROW framework (Goal, Reality, Options, What next). Our application's core philosophy centres on empowering users to independently discover their goals, identify their current realities, explore various options, and commit to a plan of action, rather than relying on direct advice from the AI. This approach ensures solutions are intrinsically motivated and tailored to the individual, embodying the true essence of coaching as distinct from mentoring.

Tech Stack:

Bolt.new: This framework is used to develop the intuitive and responsive user interface. It provides a clean and engaging experience, focusing on ease of use and a clear conversational flow.

ElevenLabs: Integrated for immersive voice interaction, ElevenLabs delivers natural and expressive voice responses. This enhances user engagement and creates a more personal coaching experience.

ChatGPT: Powering the dynamic AI responses, ChatGPT generates relevant, open-ended questions and effectively interprets user input. Its role is to facilitate the user's thought process without offering direct advice.

Supabase: Serving as the robust backend database, Supabase handles user data and session progress. It ensures secure and scalable storage for all coaching interactions.

Inspiration

The significant expense of professional coaching for companies, a point Chris observed during his coaching course, motivated us to build this AI coaching app as an affordable and accessible alternative.

To add AI video to compliment the AI voice via Tavus AI.

To add a reverse AI coaching feature where you coach the AI in mock scenarios to improve your own coaching skills.
