Inspiration

As a visionary entrepreneur, I struggled with goal overwhelm — juggling multiple dreams, plans, and unfinished to-do lists while feeling stuck on where to even begin. I wished for something that could cut through the noise, understand my deeper “why,” and turn my chaos into clear momentum. That’s what inspired GoalCrusher: a soul-aligned, AI-powered productivity system that doesn’t just help people plan — it helps them follow through.

What it does

GoalCrusher transforms ambitious dreams into structured reality. Users tell the AI what they want to achieve, and Crushion — our emotionally intelligent wizard-assistant — breaks it into yearly → monthly → weekly → daily → hourly tasks. It auto-schedules tasks into the user’s calendar, keeps them on track with daily check-ins, and motivates them through gamified XP, streaks, and emotional nudges. It’s productivity that feels like having your future self coaching you toward clarity, consistency, and purpose.

How we built it

GoalCrusher was built using: • Frontend: Bolt.new (React + Tailwind) • Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL + Edge Functions) • AI Layer: Custom GPT logic via OpenAI Assistants • Automations: n8n for task syncing, reminders, and check-ins • Integrations: Google Calendar API, Supabase Auth, and real-time user preference storage We combined no-code and custom AI logic to make the app intuitive, voice-friendly, and deeply personal.

Challenges we ran into • Syncing Edge Functions with Bolt: We experienced CORS and auth issues when calling Supabase functions directly from Bolt’s frontend. • Building a consistent AI voice: Crushion needed to feel like a coach, not a chatbot. This required refining tone, emotional logic, and prompt structure. • Balancing gamification with emotional depth: We didn’t want to make productivity feel like a game — we wanted it to feel meaningful and motivating. Finding that balance was key.

Accomplishments that we’re proud of • Built a full MVP with calendar drag-drop, gamified check-ins, habit tracking, and AI goal wizard in under 30 days • Created a fully modular AI character system (Crushion) that adapts to user tone, goal type, and emotional state • Designed a product that beta users described as “life-changing,” “relieving,” and “the app I’ve always needed”

What we learned • People don’t just want productivity — they want clarity, emotional support, and momentum. • AI isn’t just about logic. The right tone, pacing, and timing make the difference between cold automation and transformative coaching. • You can blend sacred design with strategic tech — and people resonate when both are present.

What’s next for Goal Crusher • Launching beta in July with early access testers • Integrating EchoFlow, our voice-based emotional alignment layer (journaling, energy tracking, future-self voice notes) • Partnering with creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs to scale distribution • Preparing for a public launch + funding round in Q3## Inspiration
