💡 Inspiration

Go-Fix was inspired by the everyday challenge of finding reliable artisans for home maintenance and repairs. Many skilled workers struggle to find steady clients, while homeowners and tenants often face delays, overpricing, or poor service. Go-Fix aims to close this gap and create a smoother, more connected ecosystem for everyone.

⚙️ What It Does

Go-Fix is an artisan marketplace that connects clients (landlords and tenants) with verified local artisans such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and cleaners.

Users can post a repair need or browse available artisans.
Artisans can showcase their skills, ratings, and availability.
The platform manages communication, booking, and reviews — ensuring reliability and trust.

The platform was built using JavaScript frameworks for the frontend and backend to enable a fast, responsive user experience.
