In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, businesses are constantly seeking innovative ways to improve customer engagement and enhance user experience on their websites.
What it does
This project focuses on integrating a sophisticated chatbot into a website to provide seamless, efficient, and personalized customer interactions. The chatbot provides automated responses for clients and users who visit the website.
How we built it
We built the chatbot using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. The chatbot uses javascript algorithms to sort text and provide an answer to every question. The JSON data is open-source knowledge from the GNEC.NGO website.
Challenges we ran into
Since we are new to programming, we found it difficult to deal with javascript language. Most chat bot algorithms are paid for hence we opted for javascript and created our own algorithm.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud to have created a tool that will help the GNEC team and its customers.
What we learned
We learned to work in groups, coming together always increasing our potentials.
What's next for GNEC CHATBOT
We do hope to see the implementation of this project. We do recommend the addition of machine learning algorithms to enhance its performance.
