The growing need for accessible, personalized diabetes care inspired us to create GlucoGuide. We aimed to simplify diabetes management through AI and empower individuals to lead healthier lives.

What it does

GlucoGuide is an AI-driven platform that offers real-time glucose tracking, personalized educational resources, and gamified tools to help users stay motivated and manage diabetes effectively.

How we built it

We combined cutting-edge AI frameworks like TensorFlow and AWS Health AI with wearable integration, a chatbot interface built on Dialogflow, and a lightweight tech stack featuring Angular and Firebase.

Challenges we ran into

Ensuring accurate data integration from various wearables. Addressing privacy concerns while managing sensitive health data. Refining the user experience for diverse tech skill levels.
