Inspired by the glowing thought bubbles in the movie Inside Out 2, and personally experienced challenges for introverts to discover and meet meaningful new connections.

What it does

Instantly spots people around you who share your passions—powered by your social profile.
Reveals AI-generated common ground and a real-time match score.
Creates AI-generated photos and videos of you together—before you even meet.

How we built it

Backend: Golang, Redis data store
Frontend: React
AI: Grok API, Grok Imagine (image), Veo 3 (video)
Vibe coding: Antigravity, Grok CLI, Codex
Deployment: Full CD deployed to cloud server

Challenges we ran into

Latency and speed for match generation
Make the UI match closer to the Inside Out 2 theme
Display X (Twitter) feed more natively
Designing a real-time proximity graph that stays accurate as users move
Coordinating multiple AI systems (Grok, Veo, Imagine) into a smooth workflow

What we learned

Grok’s generative AI is surprisingly creative and incredibly fast.
Vibe coding is really powerful: the entire frontend is built with vibe code
Real-time social graphs are harder than they look, but Redis made rapid iteration possible.
