Glow Garden

Inspiration

Glow Garden exists to promote diversity and inclusion by offering a culturally affirming space where women of color can see themselves, prioritize their wellness, and shape their future stories. As part of The Pink Screen’s digital products, it pushes tech toward gentleness, representation, and intentional design.

What it does

Glow Garden is a feminine, futuristic vision-boarding and journaling platform designed to help users plant their intentions, track their emotional wellness, and stay aligned with their goals. It blends AI-guided reflections, daily affirmations, mood check-ins, and customizable vision boards into a calming digital sanctuary. Created as part of The Pink Screen’s ecosystem, Glow Garden centers creativity, representation, and mental wellness—especially for women and creatives of color.

How I built it

We built Glow Garden using a no-code tool and AI integrations. Lovable powers the journaling features, daily prompts, and vision board builder. AI agents handle mood analysis, reflection prompts, goal suggestions, and the verse/affirmation of the day. A minimal design system inspired by Pink Screen’s aesthetic—soft pink gradients, glowing UI, and garden-like animations—creates a calming sensory experience.

Cloud storage enables users to save their boards, track their journey, and revisit past reflections.

Challenges I ran into

I had trouble getting the vision board content to upload properly. As well as issues with saving content in the other areas. As well as designing a UI that feels soft, spiritual, and futuristic without overwhelming users. Balancing aesthetics with clarity required multiple iterations.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Creating a fully functioning digital sanctuary that feels soft, supportive, and culturally affirming. Successfully merging mental wellness, creativity, journaling, and spirituality into one cohesive app. Designing an interface that reflects The Pink Screen’s aesthetic—glowing, feminine, artistic, and futuristic. Building an experience that promotes representation, emotional wellness, and intentional living. Developing a tool that users say helps them feel grounded, inspired, and seen.

What I learned

That quiet, gentle design—especially for women of color—is just as powerful and innovative as traditional “big tech” builds. How to combine multiple AI tools to create one unified emotional experience.

What's next for Glow Garden

Adding community features, like a “Collective Garden” where users can share goals and encourage one another. Introducing AR vision seeds, where users can plant virtual flowers representing intentions in their real environment. Creating audio affirmations, guided meditations, and sound baths in Pink Screen style. Launching a Glow Garden Boutique with downloadable wallpapers, templates, and creative tools. Expanding into mental wellness partnerships, cultural healing workshops, and artist wellness programs. Integrating Glow Garden more deeply into the Pink Screen digital universe as a key tool for creativity, healing, and personal transformation. In addition to games, streamed meetup events, and mentorship pairing.
