Inspiration
The current global pandemic, made me realize that the world isn't prepared for certain disasters/pandemics. This global relief fund will use cutting edge technology and will be based on real time events. Systems will be able to pick up the threat level disasters hitting the respective country and the job creation will be on a global level. Each country contributes 1% of their overall GDP yearly towards this.
