The Metaverse was built with UE5, and we have 9 AI supporting that at the moment We are building our own LLM AI with no filters (required when you are emulating real human behavior because we are not always polite), but for now, we are using the Open AI API that powers the interactions.

What's next for GLOBAL MENTOR EXCHANGE

Get funding for the completion of "Public" MVP and use our network to get initial trainers then build the business. With this business model, GME expects revenue mainly from 6 streams, i.e. membership, service commission, NFT and Avatar sales, company services & solutions, real estate and advertisement.

Membership GME’s key members are coaches, trainers, and consultants with experience in the Learning & Development industry, serving organizational and individual learning and development clients looking for improvement and transformation. To start the business in GME, they will have to acquire the membership first, which is provided at four options at different prices with varying benefits and rights.

On top of that, GME also offers HR Premium Member at USD$29 per month to HR users if they want to have additional benefits beyond regular users, such as complete access to the AI without extra tokens, advertising, etc.

Commission GME serves as an AI-assisted metaverse platform to match world-class coaches, trainers and consultants with learning and development clients. GME will charge a certain percentage of commission on the professional services sold on the platform, which are usually at minimum of USD$200 and up to USD$30,000 for each service or project. The commission rate varies depending on the membership type as follows: ● General member: 10% ● Professional member: 6% ● VIP member: 3% ● Thought leader member: 3%

NFT and Avatar Sales Coaches, trainers and consultants will provide professional services in GME metaverse to learning and development clients. To better equip themselves to showcase professionalism just like in the real world, they can buy personal avatars (metahuman quality), avatar outfits and office upgrades such as furniture, decoration, clothing, etc. on the platform. Each personal avatar will be sold at USD$150 and the prices for outfits and upgrades range from USD$2 to USD$30, with an expected average at around USD$10 per item.

GME uses AI technology to generate avatars in an interactive metaverse scenario that simulate a real-world human resource problem. The user can interact with these avatars and make decisions, while the AI provides suggestions and solutions based on the wisdom of various professional service providers in the metaverse. AI avatars are built to "think" about providers’ products and services in their style and even sell for them, and therefore some providers may want their own AI avatars to answer questions using their own ideas or solutions. GME offers the service of setting up and training personalized AI avatars at the price of USD$6,000 each.

Company Services & Solutions The key client for company services & solutions will be multinational enterprises that need proprietary employee training, as well as global training organizations like DDI, coaching.com and Center for Creative Leadership. GME provides 3 types of company services & solutions. ● Web3 Learning & Development Training Set-up: to help these clients set up Web3 training centers for personalized Learning & Development of organization members, inclusive of hiring, onboarding, skilling up and management track experiences. This even includes options like having the company CEO AI Avatar meet and greet each employee personally and interact with them. Each of this service & solution will be charged at USD$50,000 per project. ● Training Tokenization: GME can further help organizations to set up training tokenization to incentivize learning and training implementation, which can later be converted to monetary and time-off benefits that do not incur extra costs to the organization but support its people to sustain actions on learning, creating measurably higher training ROI. This service & solution will be charged at USD$25,000 per project. ● Training NFT Set-up: GME can create company-wide gamified systems that incorporate tradable NFTs connected to compensation and reward for higher employee engagement and performance. This service & solution will be charged at USD$100,000 per project.

Real Estate Both providers and users can purchase the virtual properties or lease office space, meeting rooms, training rooms, conferences rooms, and big event space in GME.

There will be 3 types of real estate sales: ● Building: sold to institutions for either in-house Learning & Development and onboarding activities, or to training/coaching organizations to house their independent trainers and coaches ● Offices: for independent members who want to have meetings and consultations or create problem-solving sessions for their clients in their own proprietary offices ● Shops: for independent members who want to have a visible browsable presence to showcase their products and services
