Global brands waste weeks and $10,000+ per campaign manually localizing product images for 50+ markets. Each image needs cultural adaptation while maintaining perfect product consistency - an impossible manual task. We saw Bria's FIBO model as the perfect solution: JSON-native control for deterministic consistency + powerful generation capabilities. Our goal: automate the entire workflow from single product image to 50+ culturally-localized variants in minutes.

What it does

Global Brand Localizer generates culturally-localized product campaigns with guaranteed pixel-perfect consistency. Upload one product image → get 7+(scalable to 50) regional variants (Tokyo neon, Berlin minimalist, NYC vibrant, etc.) in minutes. Features 16-bit TIFF output for print, SSIM consistency verification (~0.001 scores), C2PA content credentials, and a professional 4-tab UI. Dual-API approach: Background Replacement for consistency + FIBO Generation for creative exploration.

How we built it

Architecture: VLM Bridge (image→JSON) → Localization Agent (batch processing) → Dual APIs (Background Replacement + FIBO Generation) → Output Manager (16-bit TIFF + C2PA). Tech Stack: Python, Streamlit UI, Bria Cloud APIs, OpenCV for SSIM verification, property-based testing. Innovation: JSON parameter locking system, SSIM-masked consistency verification, visual heatmap proof, automated brand guardrail enforcement.

Challenges we ran into

SSIM Consistency: Achieving 0.001 scores required masking backgrounds before comparison - products stay identical while backgrounds change completely. 16-bit Workflow: Professional TIFF output with HDR color space for print production. Session State Management: Streamlit upload persistence across reruns. Dual-API Strategy: Balancing Background Replacement (consistency) vs FIBO Generation (creativity). Property-Based Testing: 10 properties with 100+ iterations each for enterprise reliability.
