The inspiration behind "DearGod" is to provide a digital sanctuary where people can find solace, guidance, and spiritual support. By merging VertexAI with the timeless wisdom of the King James Bible, we aim to meet the spiritual needs of a technologically connected world. We also strive to assist those struggling with prayer by offering resources such as relevant verses and suggestions tailored to their specific situations, empowering them on their spiritual journey.

What it does

At its core, "DearGod" functions as a platform for individuals to seek comfort, guidance, and inspiration through the interface of AI-driven responses crafted from biblical scriptures. Users can input their deepest feelings, questions, or struggles, and receive responses that draw upon the teachings and wisdom found in the King James Bible. The goal is to create a space where users feel understood, supported, and encouraged on their spiritual journey.

How we built it

We are using the VertexAI in the FirebaseExtension. We are requesting JSON and parsing the response to provide support for users.

Challenges we ran into
