Paul Zulu is the Founder and Executive Director of Sport-Aid Development Trust (SADT), a Zambian-based social enterprise dedicated to leveraging the power of sport for social transformation, youth empowerment, and sustainable community development. With a deep passion for inclusive development and gender equality, Paul established SADT to create platforms that use sport as a tool for education, empowerment, and innovation among young people in Zambia and across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Under his visionary leadership, Paul spearheaded the Girls Money Savvy Plus Sport Initiative, a pioneering program that has empowered over 3,600 girls with financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and life skills. Supported by international partners such as Beyond Sport and FIBA, the initiative blends sport-based learning with financial education to build girls’ confidence, agency, and economic resilience. The program has been recognized as a model for advancing girls’ rights, education, and economic empowerment through sport.

His work integrates practical skills training with advocacy on issues such as gender equality, health, and sustainable livelihoods. He is committed to promoting inclusive, climate-smart, and tech-driven solutions that address challenges faced by vulnerable groups, particularly adolescent girls and young women.
A strong advocate for the transformative potential of sport, Paul continues to lead initiatives that bridge the gap between sport, education, technology, and entrepreneurship. His leadership at Sport-Aid Development Trust reflects a lifelong commitment to building a generation of empowered, informed, and socially responsible youth who can shape a more equitable and sustainable future.
