Inspiration
Women often face boundaries when pursuing fields traditionally dominated by men such as in STEM and tech and struggle finding role models or people to ask questions to. The platform, Girl's Girl, is designed to connect women starting out on their STEM career path with mentors who we in their shoes to share advice and build a community, helping women break into these underrepresented fields.
What it does
It matches mentors and mentee based on a tagging system, hoping to match someone at the beginning of their journey with women further down that career path. There are also forums where people can ask more general questions and anyone can chip in and answer.
