Inspiration

When we approached the project we tried to think about how can we improve our own Monday experience. Today Monday offers a lot of functionalities for workflows but sometimes it lacks elements that can put a smile on your face.

What it does

The Widget enables you to add GIFs to your dashboard and express your feelings in the most millennial way posibble

How we built it

We used the interface everyone knows and loves of GIPHY to make sure we have the most up to date GIFs but also not manage the content on a daily basis

Challenges we ran into

We did not want to set up a server for the app and so found a solution to store the GIF without which makes the project more simple but also limits the amount of GIF types

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Ability to adjust the GIFs to the widget grid

What's next for Giphy Widget

If this widget is used later on we can think about adding a server to manage the different users as well as connect analytics to the most common GIFs and maybe even recommend them to users
