Inspiration: As a large percentage of the world are becoming entrepreneurial, then arises the need for entrepreneurs to connect with potential customers... that's where GigVee comes in.
What it does: Gigvee helps connect the two maim parties in the business world(buyers & sellers). GigVee is an online market place of different commodities including labour, it bridges the gap of disconnection and location.
How it was built: GigVee was built with morden JavaScript technologies, libraries and frameworks.(MongoDB, Experss, ReactJs, NodeJs)
Challenges: One major challenge faced in the process of development is with the integration of google maps to help locate stores of choice. But this was solved with the help of a JavaScript library that ease Google maps integration with reaction.
Accomplishment: We are glad we are able to bridge the gap of disconnection between buyers, sellers, employers, employees and other elements of the business world.
Lesson learnt: In the process of building this project, I've come to realize the importance of diligence and serving people by making lives easier through the creation of new technologies.
What's next for GigVee: I believe GigVee has the potential of not just being an e-commerce, but an online market place bringing every market place experience to the internet.
