Inspiration

I always wanted to implement a speech-to-text feature in my apps containing chatbots, also i am a foodie. Today, i make the best of both worlds.

What it does

Sushimitsu-sama would help you plan your way through all seven courses of a deluxe meal!! Buckle up! Its gonna be a wild ride for your stomach!

How we built it

I used Flutter to make the app. For the speech-to-text, we are going with a Flutter plugin for the same and we will be using GCP's Dialogflow to make the chatbot.

Challenges we ran into

Considering there were several Day1 Challenges i wanted to pursue, this "glutton" of an app certainly took its sweet time to get developed.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Time Management. I can't believe i did the whole app.

What did we learn?

Japanese Greetings. Japanese phrases. Japanese cuisine. Non-Japanese things as well.

What's next for Sushimitsu-sama

This App is going to evolve itself in a multitude of ways, i am thinking of a full-fledged Food-Recommender system,
