Target challenge

Buyers are no longer relying only on Google. They are asking ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity what products to buy. When these AI engines answer questions like “what is the best project management tool?”, they only name a few brands and cite a few sources. If a brand is not mentioned, it becomes invisible in a channel that is starting to replace traditional search. SEO was built for ranking on a search results page, but that page is becoming less central.

Solution

GhostFix is a B2B tool that measures and repairs AI visibility. Users enter their website URL, and GhostFix researches their category, discovers real buyer questions, and tests them against AI answer engines. It compares whether the user’s brand or competitors get named and cited, then produces an explainable score across answer share, content coverage, structured data, evidence density, and freshness. These findings become a repair plan with FAQs, comparison pages, JSON-LD schema, and content fixes tied to the gaps they solve.

Kiro features used

We used Kiro’s codebase analysis, diagnostics, autopilot mode, component refactoring, routing updates, type checking, Git commits, and GitHub push support.

How they shaped the build

GhostFix already had its AI visibility pipeline, but the frontend was not demo ready. Kiro understood the full Next.js project, fixed the broken TypeScript configuration, and verified that the codebase compiled cleanly. It then redesigned the repair page so each diagnosed issue connected clearly to its suggested fix, with visual previews rendered in sandboxed iframes. Kiro also updated the flow so users connect GitHub before publishing. This turned hours of manual debugging and refactoring into minutes of conversation.
