Gevvent

Gevvent is a social network designed to make planning events with friends easier as well as making it easier to discover new places to visit.

Gevvent uses a service orientated architecture and RethinkDB deployed with Kubernetes to GCE. The application has a web frontend powered by the Gin framework and connects to a set of backend services using Protobuf RPC with the Go-Micro microservices framework.
