Inspiration
Our friends play a game called Tap Tap and its basically a trivia at a certain time per day and you can win money if you get 10 question right. We liked playing Trivia so we thought itd be cool if we could create Trivia packs for us to play and our friends too.
What it does
Basically you can create a Trivia Pack with 5 questions and other people can play it. If they like your trivia pack they can like it and you get one like. The more like you have the higher you are on the leaderboard. You can also of course play other people trivia question packs and look at other peoples profile and see their likes and their trivia packs.
How we built it
We used Flask, Python, HTML, CSS
Challenges we ran into
Creating the database models was a lot of trouble since sometimes we wanted to create new ones. The hardest for us was the UI since there was a lot of pages to work with and we couldnt make it the best we could. Also being able for other teamates to work on it was hard.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to successfully create a working trivia game, with a great game sense.
What we learned
We learned alot about databases and flask and working with both back and frontend.
What's next for GetTrivvy
We want to of course update the UI and make a friends list.
