Inspiration

International trade operations remain heavily manual and fragmented. Digitalizing packing slips, calculating specific customs duties, and coordinating multi-agent freight tenders often result in costly human errors and operational delays.

What it does

Multimodal Tracking: Real-time satellite telematics across air, sea, and land transport via dedicated tracking APIs.

Freight Bidding: Private multi-agent quotation management and automated tender processing.

AI Customs & Cost Simulator: Automated document reading to extract shipment metrics from packing lists/invoices and assist in tariff classification.

How we built it

Built using Google Cloud ecosystem, Gemini API for document parsing and logical data structuring, Google Apps Script backend workflows, and custom HTML5/CSS3 interface components for zero-latency execution.

Challenges we ran into

  • Handling heterogeneous, non-standardized logistics documents (multilingual packing slips, PDFs, and invoices) with unstructured tabular layouts.
  • Optimizing web frontend performance and eliminating iframe latency inside responsive interfaces.
  • Harmonizing independent transport telematic APIs across different freight modalities (air, sea, and land).

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Successfully engineering an end-to-end automated workflow that transforms complex raw cargo data into structured quotations.
  • Building a lightweight, zero-latency interface that centralizes freight bidding and tracking in a single corporate portal.
  • Implementing robust multimodal AI parsing that drastically cuts manual data-entry time for foreign trade operators.
